We diagnose before we prescribe. Platform-agnostic analysis across your entire tech stack.
You don’t need another Band Aid.
You need to understand what’s broken and why, before spending the budget on the wrong fix.
Understand First, Fix Second
We take time to run a discovery, analyzing your data health, integration architecture, user behavior, process gaps, technical debt, and compliance posture. We bring in relevant specialists during the diagnostic, not after, based on what we discover.
You get a detailed roadmap showing exactly what’s broken, why it’s broken, and the priority order for fixing it. You own this roadmap regardless of whether you hire us for implementation.
This isn’t a sales pitch disguised as discovery. It’s real diagnostic work.

Who Needs A Diagnostic
When Comprehensive Diagnosis Makes Sense
Our Diagnostic Framework
Six Areas We Examine Across Your Tech Stack
Our diagnostic framework works with any platform in your martech stack, HubSpot, Salesforce, custom CRMs, Google Ads, WordPress, or whatever you’re running. We focus on integration and data flow, not platform features.
As we uncover issues, we bring in relevant specialists to join the diagnostic process. An integration engineer if your architecture needs technical analysis. A data architect if governance is the root problem. A marketing strategist if your CRM problems are actually marketing problems.
We bring specialists into the diagnostic based on what we find, not after we’re done.
If integration architecture is complex, an integration engineer joins us. If data governance is broken, a data architect gets involved. If your CRM problem is actually a marketing problem, we bring in a marketing strategist.
The Diagnostic Process
Multiple Conversations, Deep Analysis, Variable Timeline
This isn’t a 30-minute discovery call followed by a proposal. It’s a comprehensive analysis involving multiple meetings, system access, stakeholder interviews, and specialist input.
Timeline depends entirely on your tech stack’s size and complexity.
What Happens:
We start with an initial conversation to understand your surface symptoms and business context. Based on what we learn, we schedule additional discovery meetings with relevant stakeholders.
We assess the scope and complexity of your tech stack. We determine whether a comprehensive diagnostic is warranted or if your situation needs a different approach. We identify which specialists should join the diagnostic process.
This phase might be one conversation or four, depending on your organization’s size and complexity.
What You Get:
Honest assessment of whether we can help. Clear scope for the diagnostic. Rough timeline and investment estimate based on your specific situation. If we’re not the right team, we’ll refer you to someone who is.
No obligation. No sales pitch.
What Happens:
Deep analysis across all six diagnostic areas. We request system access, review documentation, interview users and stakeholders, analyze data quality, map integration architecture, and observe how teams actually work.
Relevant specialists join at appropriate points during this process, not after we’ve completed the analysis. If we discover integration architecture problems, an integration engineer gets involved immediately. If data governance is the root cause, a data architect joins the diagnostic team.
We conduct regular check-ins throughout the process to share interim findings and adjust our analysis based on what we’re discovering.
Platform-agnostic evaluation. Tthis framework works whether you’re running HubSpot with Google Ads, Salesforce with Pardot, ActiveCampaign with a custom ER, or any other combination.
What you get:
A detailed diagnostic report you own, whether you hire us for implementation or not. This report includes:
- Root cause analysis (not just symptoms)
- Current state documentation of your entire tech stack
- Priority roadmap for fixes ranked by business impact
- Cost and timeline estimates for each priority
- Specialist team recommendations
- Risk assessment
Timeline:
Variable based on tech stack complexity. We scope this during Phase 1. Simple environments: 2-3 weeks. Complex enterprise stacks: 6-8 weeks.
Investment:
$5,000-$15,000 depending on scope and complexity.
If you proceed with implementation: 50% of diagnostic fee credited toward project.
You own this roadmap whether you hire us or not. Use it to evaluate any vendor, including us. This is real diagnostic work, not a sales tactic.
What Happens:
If you decide to proceed, we assemble the full implementation team based on diagnostic findings. We execute fixes in priority order, coordinate work across specialists, and monitor progress throughout.
The specialists who joined during the diagnostic transition into implementation roles. You’re not starting over with a new team who needs to learn your systems again.
What You Get:
The exact specialists your situation requires, not a pre-packaged team. Coordinated implementation across technical, process, and marketing workstreams. Ongoing support options after implementation.
No obligation to proceed. The diagnostic stands on its own as valuable work.
